Using the special technique of Yuzen printing, traditional Japanese spices are printed on washi paper. The initial scent is a fresh osmanthus fragrance, which gradually transitions to Japanese sandalwood over time.
Since it's a natural fragrance, the scent will last longer, but not indefinitely. Its longevity will vary with weather and other factors, or it may dissipate earlier.
The refill is replaceable by unscrewing the tip of the pen.
