Order processing time and after-sales

〃 We will process and ship your order within 3-10 days (excluding order day, weekends and holidays).

〃If the order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be processed and shipped after the pre-ordered items arrive.

〃Please record the whole process when you open the package. The video should clearly see the package as a whole, front, back and sides, and make sure the package is in unopened condition. After opening, please record all the items one by one to prove whether the items are damaged or missing, if there are missing items, please show that there are no more items in the package. We will not refund or accept returns if the complete unedited video is not available.

〃 If you have any issues with your package, please contact us within 3 days ( counting from the delivery date shown in the tracking status, including the delivery day) and provide us with an unedited unboxing video. After 3 days or if you are unable to provide us with an unedited unboxing video, we will not take any responsibility for any issues with the package.

 

International Order

〃 If your shipping address is not in our shipping country/region and you would like to place an order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

〃Buyers are responsible for customs and any import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

〃It’s ordinary that the coating is slightly worn off from long-distance shipping.

〃Paper Products may have slightly damaged from long-distance shipping.

〃Product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

〃If you are concerned that your package may be damaged or lost in transit. Please be sure to select the shipping upgrade to Insurance, Signature or Shipping Box at checkout.

〃If the product in the order is out of stock, we will refund the out-of-stock product without further notice.

〃The products we sell are stationery, please do not use them for any purpose other than that for which they are intended and keep them out of the reach of babies and children.

〃All product information on this website is for human work, there may be errors in description, wrong picture link and other problems, the product is subject to the actual, if you have questions about the product, please contact us to confirm the details of the product before purchasing. After the purchase, it is deemed to be your acceptance of the possible issues, we do not accept this as a reason for a refund or return.
