Refund policy

〃We do not accept order cancellations, returns or exchanges.

〃If the order is canceled for any special reason, the buyer will be responsible for any charges that may be incurred, such as credit card handling fees, Shopify order processing fees, etc.

〃Items being returned due to defects or other special reasons must be received by us before a refund can be processed.

• To return an item, please ensure it is packed properly, remains brand-new, and is in its original, intact condition so that it does not affect secondary sales.
• If you return an item for special reasons (excluding product defects or shipping errors), return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If an item is returned used, opened, or in a condition that affects secondary sales, we will be unable to issue a refund. In such cases, the cost of the item and the shipping fee to return the product to you will be the buyer's responsibility.

〃If there is any problem with the package, please contact us.

〃Please record the whole process when you open the package. The video should clearly see the package as a whole, front, back and sides, and make sure the package is in unopened condition. After opening, please record all the items one by one to prove whether the items are damaged or missing, if there are missing items, please show that there are no more items in the package. We will not refund or accept returns if the complete unedited video is not available.

〃After we confirm unboxing video and shipping video.

〃For incorrect items, we will provide a return label, please pack the item properly, keep the item brand new and intact, and not affect the second sale, after receiving the item and checking that it is correct, we will refund the price of the unshipped item.

〃If the item has been used, opened, or affects secondary sales, we will charge you the sale price of this item and the shipping fee for resending (if you have sent the item back to us), and we will refund you the price of the unshipped item after payment has been made.

〃For missing items, we will refund the item price.
